Edit: Added shadows and fixed lighting added a sort of hazy effect on distant objects and added some more depth hopefully.
----------------------------------- It has been one year since i have visited Japan with =SySalem, and i find myself dreaming of it more now. So i created this piece with a nice Asian influence to it.
nice contest entry man I love those asian themed works... I think you should spend more time on lighting though. All stocks are lightened from different directions, also the shadow of the woman is missing. The floor doesn't look like stone actually, it's more like water. And the buildings in the background are missing some kind of haze effect, you should lower their contrast a bit to add more depth to the picture.

She's consistently reports on contests around dA, showcases the efforts of her fellow artists and shows her charitable side through various activities. Besides all of this, she's a truly talented artist which is why she's an obvious choice for deviousness this month. Read More
